I have a samsung fridge of 275 liter which is not cooling for ladt 2 week for which i have made the complaint but there is no response for that when called to the service centre said rhe mechanic will call uand visit ur home but till date no 1 has came to repair the fridge and so poor service kidly look in the matter asap
