its been a year i bought your joy series 40 inch tv.now black spots (cloudy type) starts appearing two three different places on the screen.i tried to clean it up but failed.it looks very embarrassing specially when u have guest.please help to get rid of it.

sir/maam i happen to posses samsung galaxy mega 5.8 orginally bought from china by my brother and its been 3 year or so and now nothing google related supports on this phone and i went to local mobile repair and they could not help me so i just wanted to know that is it ok if i try to flash my phone in local mobile shop with indian verson of the software for this mobile.? will it wirk fine after that.? thank you.
