D/sir,
My mobile model no GT-I8552RWAINS is suddenly switch off and start again few times but the set act abnormal behaviour.like exicive heat of backside upper part.also tower symbol is showing but sim is not register or register fail.
pl. Do the appropriate action and oblige.

I took my Samsung Grand II phone into the service shop to be fixed on 17.08.2015. The battery was still in the phone. After collecting my phone, I noticed the battery was missing. After enquiring, I was told my battery was not given to the shop, I asked them to check CCTV footage as I am 100% sure my battery was in the phone. I was told they would not check. I have paid the total repair cost of 5500rupees but now have no battery! Please enquire and return my phone battery as soon as possible or I will be contacting your regional branch.
