When I pluging the mobile with charger and switch on then the mobile show charging simbol☇. But charging percent is not increasing. But after some try it may chage.
Second problem is that mobile charging is not increase more than 86%.
My mobile is galaxy grand 2. & 18 months old. plz suggest me as soon as.

i got a mobile on 13.08.2016 from BIG C mobile showroom at Andhra Pradesh Eluru City. its works 05 months perfectly and last week its display has been not working.
