Hello Samsung,
I am facing a problem while charging my Samsung smartphone.
When I connect my charger in it while is on it never charges but as when I switch off my phone it starts getting charged.

I bought A3 Samsung phone on 14th Aug 2015. It worked fine for a week, and then the display was blank. when I swiped the screen I could here the sound form my phone. the only service center in my city had no engineer at that time. I brought the phone to delhi. Since its more than a week, service center in South Ext says they wont replace the set. Due to unavailability of service center and engineers at my place I have to carry the phone which should have been replaced at your end. Still my display not corrected as the service center is not equipped with all the parts and they need more than 15 days to correct it. Really this is too much of pain for a phone not more than a month old also
