Dealer delivered the refrigerator on 06.06.2022 at about 4.30 P.m. your customer care/ servicing contacted me at 6 P. M. , for installation; I requested the contacted person to send your engineer to come to day but she told to-day will not be possible, in any way and further she confirmed tomorrow the service engineer will attend positively between 10 a.m. and 12 noon. I replied o. K. I will be home positively. But after a few minutes , I have received one message from your end that I was not at home as such they were unable to attend. Why a false message from such a reputed company?
