THE ALARM IN THE SMARTPHONE DOESNOT RINGS WHEN THE PHONE IS SWITCHED OFF. THE CAMERA IS UNABLE TO FOCUS AND THE IMAGES APPEARS TO BE BLURRY. THE CHARGER GETS HEATED TO A VERY HIGH TEMPERATURE. THE PHONE IS Samsung J7 2016 model.

The power cool display is blinking continuously. Instead there is no cooling. It appears to be a lack of communication skill by the Reliance Digital authority. IT IS BEING SUFFERED FOR LAST 10 DAYS. URGENT ATTENTION WITH EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT IS SOLICITED.
