we had logged complaint in Samsung Customer Care and complaint id is 3709193319 before 7 days and after that one service engineering from A. K. Services in our office.
The respective service engineer has given verbal estimate of Rs 4600/ to repair my printer jam problem.
Then after i have arranged from local engineer from market and resolved by him in only Rs 100/-.
This is for your information and i want explanation that why your service engineer doing such type of fraud with us.
