I have washing machine from Samsung India and affecetd due to motor problem.
Before 1 month i changed the motor and iam spending 7000.00/and again got repaired within a month itself.
As per the service technician i have to spend Rs.3000.00 again for the same.
Please inform me whether i made a wrong decision to own the product or your people have doing some gimicks with me.
Clarify the same?
Is the BRAND RELIABLE WITH AFTER SALE SERVICE ?
Whether the service people are techniclly qualified or not?
Who will give justification for all these and i spent 10,000 for the same?
