Hi, I bought Samsung Galaxy prime mobile past three weeks back. From 1st day itself we have problem with voice clarity of the caller / Receiver and we have approached sales center and they replied that problem with network and not in phone.After that we have remove my SIM and used in another handset but problem not persist.

yesterday in rain, the display of my new phone samsung galaxy grand prime 4g prime gone.... but I can receive calls and msgs r delivered to my mobile phone bt I cant see all these msgs n the caller details.... last night I opened tried to dry my phone by separating the battery from the phone n just now I put the battery... but no solution to the issue.... when I put the battery, the power on tune blowed n some msgs delivered to my phone and also I tried to call from my other no. and also it rang n I could receive the call but no display..... plz help me out...
