we purchased a samsung microwave. but its inner coating peeled off in warranty period. when contacted it service centre at rajbaha road patiala. they took photoes & sent a querry to head office . after 4 days when asked they inform that we have recieved response from head office . we will collect the microwave & repair. But in spite of numerous calls at mobile no 9316223222 they say we call you in 15 minutes ( sir is not in office) . no response is recieved
