i have a charging problem on my mobile,my original samsung genuine charger is working on another samsung mobiles,but dindnt working on my mobile,what problem i dont know.i gave my mobile to the nearest patan showroom,they are also say we dont know the problem,but they are told your mobile charging socket problem we will change the sparepart.but still they are not giving any response to me, if iam calling means they told sparepart not came now we will call you we will call you this is the only reason they have.now today is the 6 day when go the show room.really i got a bad experience.really disappoint with the samsung mobile.worst on service and care. still now my mobile has a waranty plz check and give serivice.otherwise i will go to complaint.i am having original mobile bill also.plz something do for me.
