I went to Samsung service centre located at AIDC , Guwahati .. I told them my J5 prime heats up n battery gets discharge very soon .. d executive told at fist he do system update..for dat he told me to take d back up .. After system update if it doesn't work den only he replace d battery .. After taking back up when I went den female executive told me I need to change d battery n d mother board ..dat wil cost 6800/- ..den I giv me in written , wil repair it in some other day , den her price drop down battery 1400 + 3000 .. Dis is totally stupid .. They even dont take d cell to technician,, they say whatever they like .
