Unable to charge your device make sure you are using a samsung compatible battery and charger and that your device is properly connected to your charger
But it is original samsung battery and charger I think it is an hardware problem is there any solution

Samsung if any coustomer is calling to ur toll free number ur responsibility is to check the problem ratified or not
But u r forwarding to the concern service center and not looking the problem is solved or not
