My Galaxy A30 is not working since 1st of may.We showed the cellphone to a local repair man, according to him cellphones mother board is damaged.
Also the date from which the phone was not working was under the guarantee period.
We have been trying to contact to the customer care regularly but due to lockdown we were not able to get in contact with any one from the center side.
