The customer dealing is worst I have ever seen in any service centre.
The service engineers are very unprofessional and agressive and roudy in behaviour. They attack customers in group. No dignified person can deal with this service centre.

Samsung mobile service center is very poor... They are not cooperrating with us...My phone is 1 year 6 months old. The display of my phone gets affected few days ago..Today i have gone to service centre. They told that there is no display, the screen of my phone is in very bad condition.. I want immediate exchange of display..
I will be grateful to u if i get immediate replacement of display..and also they are telling first they will keep the phone and then they will provide the display.. I can't give my phone as i m a LPG distributor.... My phone is essential in daily life...Pl I want quick display change...Regards
