I had complaint on 26.08.2015 on samsung customer care for issue in my LED. one person came at my home on 30.08.2015 & told me i am service engineer. he check & told me may be problem in remote may be problem in LED sensor.
till now i had not got any response. daily i am calling to service engineer & on customer care.
service engineer given me a contact number of Mr. Gautam ( 9825529587). Gautam is saying when part will come we will repare. i told to Guatam first check with remote may be problem in remote. he is saying i will come day after tomorrow.
also customer care persons are saying that we are not maintaining stock at service center. it will take time. daily saying wait 1 to 2 days. but i am not getting response.
may be i did mistake to purchase to samsung product.
