Today in the service centre, one representative of the shop behaved really badly with me. He showed his attitude which was of no use. I just went there for a small problem in my phone which he couldn't figure out and started abusing. This behaviour of his might ruin your company's image. Kindly take strict action against him.

I had purchased Samsung level U Golden color Bluetooth from Flipkart 1 month ago. If it was not working, I went to your service center, which is in Acharya Niketan Mayur Vihar Phase 1 delhi. There I met Engineer Rajnish Kumar ji who did not help me and said to me, you can take change somewhere else, nor do I fill my job sheet. I have been to your service center twice and both times I have got the same response that you can get change from somewhere else. Earlier I went for my charger whenever I said the same on same service center. I requested him many times but still he did not fill my job sheet. This happened to me a second time.Their behavior is also very rude.
