Dear Sir its my painful Duty to inform you about the battery problem in E7 after the lollipop update..When it was in Kitkat then the battery was lasting was for atleast one day but after lollipop update need to charge my phone atleast twice a Day.So its a humble request from you regarding stability update of lollipop resolving battery backup in E7.

2. Regarding the above mentioned issue, Samsung Sr Executive Deepak Bailwal, Kajal Sharma & Samsing Lucknow office Tel No 0522-4937807 connected with me (via email and telephone discussion). But complaint still remains. I am agree with last decision (Payment of Rs 2664/-). But response of local rep is unsatisfactory.
