Bought a smart T.V. (50 inches) , delivered yesterday but no sign of service technician. He is yet to come and install the T.V. The tecnician called to inform that he'd be here in the afternoon. But hasn't yet arrived. To be honest this is not the kind of service expected from a Big company as SAMSUNG. Pls do the needful.

I have complained about Samsung refrigerator at the service centre. It was not cooling. The Technitian though promises but never came on the day promised. Also they came repaired the equipment and changed some parts but the problem continued.
They don't stock critical parts and takes time to get the parts. It is still Lin limbo. Can any one help.
