I called at omkar sevice and launch a complaint for speakers port are not working but dis call centre guyss are not helping they speak technically do dis and do dat , i told him 10 times plz send any engineer to change that i m unsatisfied and i have gone through one of the most pathetic service from samsung . I am very dissatisfy with our servicing. I purchase the Samsung Galaxy J7 Gold mobile phone on 27th March 2016. IMEI Nu 1 -358158074187836

and I am facing the display issue (Blinking) with the mobile phone. I contacted to service centre dt on 26-09-2016 17:48:42. and at that time register the complaint. and Executive said that it will take the maximum 1 month to resolve the issue. and you will get the Replacemnt or Cash Back. and till date not receive the any call and response. We are facing the lots of issue without the mobile phone.
and when I calling for the complaint stauts always said " this complaint is under process." and executive is not give the any assurity(deadline) when problem is resolved. I am very very dis satisfy with our service.
and submitted the all assceories ( Hands free, Charger, Manual, Branded Box, Handset).
At that service centre all excutives behaviour is very rude and not give the any proper response.
