before 8 month i was brought a samsung GTS7582 Model mobile.but after 6mnth of purchese that mobile phone bettery was not backup good..after fool charge mobile can use for less 1 to 3 hours or when the bettery was 60percent mobile was automaticaly goes to battery down without use..but that time i was other state for my deputation and i had not warrenty card. so was not able to repair that.when i came back. i want to jaipore(odisha)samsung care and gave for chacking..they r cheack and say that battery damage..intresting thing is this ,when i wa gave mobile to care that time my mobile battery was good but after chaking mobile was not ON when the charging pin pluged in there was a simbole in (cross of battery )i asked them what happend they talk that battery is damaged.ok,then i was retun from ther and purchase a new battery and safly keep old baterry..after all i fell same problem with my mobile.after 15 day i think that why not chacke old battery and set on mobile and pluged in charger .after that i was socked that my 1300hundred rupees is worthless for purchesing new batterytht battery is ok..now what have to do .
