I have purchased a SAMSUNG-A51 mobile from "Star Club"Jalpaiguri.From the beginning battery back up is very bad.After one month one day the set automatically switched off.After that problem on sound system.Two times (22/6 and 04/7) I send the mobile to authorised service center.They said the set has problem and told me to submit mobile box and xerox copy of my AADHAR and A/C no. for replace or refund.But till date no response from their end.In this situation I draw your attention in this regards otherwise I will complaint to Consumer Affairs Department against company and I will draw attention of print and visual medea.Thanking you.
