    My tab t211 auto shutdown during charging level is 45% ehen rver i am going to open more than apps it goes auto shutdown.i have visited ur girish park center 2 time for the 1st time they just updated my os and second time they told me they have done littlebt chng in battery segment.bt still the same issue persist...i m relly unsatisfied with this type of service..from any reputed service center...please help me..for next step..

    I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy Core (DUOS) Model GT-18262, IMEI No.359710056303267 on 12.03.2015 from THE MOBILE STORE, City Center-II, New Town on 12.03.2014 vide Invoice No.EB/172673. From 28th February, 2015 I have been facing the problem that "the said phone is automatically switching off every time. When I am trying to switch on, the phone is not working at all. After opening the back portion and removing the battery I found, when that battery is refitting I saw that the phone is working after switching on. Further, after some time the same problem is going on. I serviced the phone at your service center at girish park, kolkata on 2nd March, 2015. After repair I fouund that the same problem is going on after a gap of 2/3 hours when I am keeping the phone in Pocket or bag. Please do something in this regard as my warranty period will be completed on 11th March, 2015." Please do the needful.
