I visited the customer care in City centre today with an issue with the headphone as one of the set is not working. The was quite a crowd and my token number came after a while which i did not have a problem with though as it is totally okay for me to wait my turn. I was the called by the service desk guy on counter 1 and he was at first sight very ignorant of my issue. Being the face of a company he needs to be emphathetic or atleast listen to my cause properly. However this did not happen even closely. The guy was busy in his own work and i was speaking away my issue about the headset. He said without even looking at me that he needs to keep the phone. I being not aware of the procedure of dealing with a faulty headset told him it was not my phone that was faulty but my headset. He gave a sly smile and did not even care to make me aware of the process and just repeated wether i had backup or not as he needed to keep the phone and the headset both. Failing to acknowledge my problem properly his behavior as i felt was not even close to what a customer service employee of a company should be.
This is not acceptable for a company as big as SAMSUNG.
I as a customer would like to hear back from you on this.
