Hi,
I had an bad experience with the staff Mr. Shahnawaaz Qureshi working at samsung gallery near Chembur station. He don't have manners in handling the customer.He was answering rudely and when asked he was saying who are you to ask my name or whatever. Please shift him or teach him how to handle the customer.
But a good experience with Mr. shailesh who them spoke nicely and handled the situation.
