I purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo ,m/c no - SM - N7500 on 30.12.14.I am having BSNL connection and was using Data connection with my previous mobile ( Micromax ). In this mobile data connectivity is not available, though I tried with all the settings available. The message shows - "The server at www.samsung.com can't be found as the DNS look - up failed". Without net conectivity the mobile is practcally useless. Pls. help.

मैं samsung galaxy E 7 दो माह पहले ही लिया है । काॅल के समय कभी कभी मेरी अवाज सामने वाली को सुनायी नही देती है स्पीकर आॅन करने से बात होती है या फोन को डिस्कनेक्ट करके फिर काॅल करने से बात होती है सिम भी बदल कर देख लिया,यह समस्या हर दो तीन काॅल मे हो ही जाती है सर्विस सेंटर से दो बार आ गया समस्या साॅल्व नही हुआ। प्लीज कोई उपाय बताये
