Today at about 10 am. I lodged complaint online on toll free no. 180030008282. The reference no. given to me. Even I called three times. Two times it was said to me that Engineer is assigned to me and he will visit by 8.00 p.m., today itself. But third time when I called at about 8 p.m., it was said to me that no Engineer is assigned to look after the complaint. Please do the needful and take action against such false submission to a customer. The warranty of the AC is going to be expired on 15/3/2018.
