I brought a samsung 20 inch led tv from value plus store Partawal Bazar Dist Mahraj-ganj U.p.
The value stor manneger are comitment about the tv that you should be use as a computer monitor at lesat i talked with samsung customer care they suggested that use 1.4 v HDMI to VGA cable for operating the tv as moniter. Then i purchased 1.4 v cable on 700 rupese bur steel my tv did not operated as monitor i facing more trouble about this.
So, I heartily request to samsung customer executive kindly provide the respective solution about this or kindly teplace the goods.
