I beg to state that my self Kartika Chandra Lenka, C/O Kumudaranjan Jana,Nuasahi,Bali,Near ekart Courier Service(p)Ltd,Balasore.I have purchase Samsung refrigerator at Raj Electronics,Sahadevkhunta,Balasore, on date-14.09.2021,vide bill no-GICBLS-0252,Amt Rs.14500.00,on date 27.03.2022,I fund refrigerator not colling water likage inside refrigerator as per company matainance I have drain Ice use drain switch(blue bottom)all ice mealt but fridge not colling , then I have filed complaints on date 27.03.2022 vide request no-4344164609,against this complaint today sumsung service engineer (Arup Kumar Nayak,Mobile no-9853619123) visit my home after check he told me refrigerator service only paid job due to ice chember likage and carry refrigerator own my cost to service center telnga sahi,but how it possible ice chamber automatic leakage, Please support me for free service, all products of Samsung use my family 1st time I face this problem please solve this problem as soon as possible .
