I have never seen such a rubbish service centre in my entire life which is labelled by Samsung so called as authorised service centre where instead of Samsung ..local and Chinese sets are being repaired and there is huge buzz of people rather than samsung customers ....I recently repaired my grand 2 as it was having jack problem though after 4/5 visits they somehow manged to repair the said problem but I was amazed to see that my phone often doesn't charge when I plug it ..though it shows the charging icon and the lol thing is that it doesn't connect to my pc as well ....it ix just ridiculous and annoying !!

On 19-01-2017 I purchased Samsung Phone j7 In Town Anantnag, As find faulty I approached to Samsung Service Center Anantnag they take my phone and advised the phone is totaly faulty and we will give you a new phone instead of that but till than neither they give the new phone and nor they repair its fault

It is very sad to report that i deposited my E700 phone with EMEI no *358185/06/369470/4*for simple repairs of charging strip before one month.the people at centertold me that it will be repaired within one week.However despite one month has passed it is not repaired.it is sad that i visited them a no of times they are saying it will be repaired but nothing concrete is being done.further they even dont botherabout picking up phone calls.if by chance they pick it up they abuse us.please initiate dicsiplinary action against the staff and help me to get my repaired.please do the needful and oblige

I have approached Samsung Service Center Anantnag Kashmir for repairing my mobile there.
But the Said Center is not straight with me.
it has been a month since i dropped my mobile there but they are saying come tomorrow and repeating the process by giving the next dates.
