I purchased a LED 32 inch. which has suddenly stopped showing working no picture is there. For this problem I made complaint thru M/s Garg Sales Agra.The complaint No.41787346924 as told by him. the complaint date 26/07/2014.
A Mukesh called on phone presenting his as Service engineer mob. no. 08266019000. He did not come to residence where the TV is installed. He is not attending to solve the problem nor attendeing the phone I have no option but to make complaint to you.

I had called Samsung customer care on 20.07.2017 n complained for my refrigerator not working. The person attending my call said that they will forward my complain to the authorised person n he will visit n sort it out. Mr. Dilip Gupta called n visited n said to change the compressor n now after taking service charges he is not attending my work n giving me false promises that he will visit now after 1 or 2 hours
