I purchase the Nokia 7.1 in month of June 2019 and phone is problem in under 3 month of purchase and I go to service centre but they take long time. I didn't get my phone till. I submit my phone on Monday(Sai solution) kotla Mubarak Pur New Delhi.Very poor service and product is very very poor.

have mentioned clearly that some past experience of ex Nokia users that at service center Nokia give vague reasons for poor services.
1)Deviate from time line-which is happening
2)Parts not available- again true
3)When ask question-simply ask to speak with concern no
4)After default of many days may tell will take more time or uncertain when issue will be resolved so take back handset and still pay
5)Even if issue get resolved for some time it will again same problem or new after couple of months than will say –sorry cannot help as its machine anything can happen.
6)Parts rate increased-as rates vary & as per availability they have to procure from other states.
Nokia used to be a great brand and Now every single person asked not to purchase it even dealers were keen for other brands-Now have to use VIVO which was purchased in 2015 and still working where as Nokia of 2018 November is creating problem.
