I have a fucking problem with delivery boy (dharmender) and the zomato
It is so unfair and disgusting i delivered food from roll xpress and i give my proper home address where exactly food is to be delivered but this delivery boy is at knowhere location and saying that i at your given location
And i said you r not
N he complain to zomato that i m calling him 4-5 km far away from current location
I get called from zomato n she is saying we get issue delivery boy said me n i explain the situation n delivery boy said i will not delivery to your address very rudely n then i call him he said (bhaia ab nhi aunga me dur chala gya n he started abusing me ) so bad experience from you
this is my fucking bad experience from you n this is not COD it is paid delivery my money has gone my food is not delivered

Hi,
I ordered food from Zomato App from Orient Heritage, Malviya Nagar today around 1:30pm. While the money was deducted via netbanking but my order was not sent to the restaurant. when i called the restaurant, they said the same that they had not received any order from my number or email id.
Can you please look into this urgently as my money has been debited from my account. Attached is the screenshot of my account (the first transaction of 25th October 2018 showing INR 1143.37 being debited.
This time my experience with Zomato was least expected and awful since i had guests at home and the whole affair was ruined because of this single mishap!
