Sir/Madam,
We have booked apartment B4-13B in Fairmont.
We see the status of the B4 exactly the same that we saw on day of booking. Pl understand that the house is for staying not for Business/investment. we have paid 90% of the amount for which you all have chased us as if the handover date was, as of yesterday !! Now when we are seeking answers there is NOBODY from senior management or owners who step up to answer on the date of completion & possession. Either there is a strategic delay, or there is something serious for which management is answerable. Its a logical, honest and simple request.
Looking forward a date / time to meet up with the Owners/Senior management who has facts & figures in this regard
