Dear sir, I have booked for refilling gase bottle vide registration no 2-000952187951 on the 16th Jan,2021 and made online payment.Today I have received a delivery message vide delivery invoice no 5-101017180050 at 4.45 pm that gas cylinder has been delivered whereas I have not received any delivery.pl look into the matter and correct your records accordingly.

I'm writing this complaint after experiencing fraud or fake filling petrol on August 07 2021 at MALATHY AGENCIES near Uthukottai Thiruvallur District for me ....
Petrol gun man was very talented in doing fraud. I asked him to fill a petrol for rupees 90 but he was trying acting like filling my tank without pressing gun switch ..I keep on watching him and finally said to press a lock .... But while pressing the switch he starting shouted at me that he knows everything to do ...
Even though he filled me round off value rupees100 ... Remember I asked 90 ...
After running ten minutes 6to 7 kilometres petrol level was about to blink....
So please sir take necessary action on him.....
Im supposed to go through forest area then what was my status ...am helpless

Sir I am constantly pumping petrol from the Indian Oil Petroleum Company pump. My phone number is 9895506071. iocl Reward is registered. But the last few times I have not been hit by the reward point from the Vembayam pump. Their reaction is bad when I talked about it yesterday.

Due to the purity and accuracy I am regular customer of indian oil dealer Swastik pertol pump, near vikas bhawan road. Barabanki U.P. 225001.
Today 05.04.2022 at 11.30 am aprox. the sales man filled the premimum petro in my car. He must ask which petrol we want to fill. When I objected. The salesman not regreted at his mistak. When I said to him called your owner, he Mr Jain came out in very anger mode and said to me that you can’t hot talk with my staff and I never want customer just like you.
I also promised him that I never come again.
I am filling a complaint against him and want strict action against him. I would also need to know what action taken.
When I told him that I will complaint he not give me the reciept.
Mr Jain is loose tampered man and he is famous for hot talk with customers.
The fresh example of his misbehaviour came in view in general election in month of feb 2022, when police force returning after election duty and came, Mr Jain misbehaved the police party and after that what happend the vedio was virel.
The facilities of his petrol pump is zero. maximum chance we face no one is present at free air station, toilet is unhignic, price list is not visible at petrol pump.
we avoid all this and his roodness and about the facility, but today is enough.

The Indian Oil petrol pump at najafgarh nangloi road apposite nirmal vihar colony.I want to tell everyone that this petrol pump staff name Narendra. He is very battamiz and bad person..he abused everyone..The staff here is a thief from the beginning..How many complaints of this petrol pump but not heard...So kindly look in to this matter seriously as they are giving wrong message for your brand and cheating people.

Am pradeep today I filled full tank petrol for my two wheeler and asked for air service.
But they are saying there no air service.
And this same problem am facing 3 rd in the same petrol pump.
Irresponsible reply from Bunk owner.

It is to inform you that we went to shivesh service station outer ring road swami nagar petrol pump on 12/11/2022 for petrol filling. I have order to fill the petrol for Rs. 450/-. petrol is filled correctly. we make payment from card swipe but they wrongly deducted 4346.59/-.
We checked it, then petrol pump person void the transaction but amount is not credited in my account till now.
