I've moto G4 plus and I'm a JIO user and in my phone VOLTE option is not enabling done each and every best possible troubleshooting. I've contacted JIO Customer support regarding that but they denied any fault from JIO side andsaid that my phone has some issue it's not taking proper though I'm using Android 7.0 right now please help regarding this and one more thing my phone's battery backup is also going worst once I charged my phone battery goes down around 10 to 15 % without use with minimum brightness and no data on. Please help me regarding this issue and please reply me back ASAP.. Thanks
