Battery not charging by pallabi nag:

MotoXplay purchaged on 28/09/15.The mobile was working fine but from 16/11/15 the battery is not charging. Contacted with service centre Sree bhumi B2x .They suggested to contact with you on the ple that parts not available with him and also suggested to to reset factory settings ; the same was done but failed to charge battery.

My set Motorola 2G(2nd. Generation) was functioning perfectly alright till 28.11.2015. Suddenly the "Contacts list", "Whatsapp" and "Hangout" vanished on its own. I am not getting also "Play store".
