Ixigo customer service 700.497.20.38 had booked a ticket, that ticket was .not booked the first time i tried but my money was debited. Amount was also debited the second time although I have not booked the second time. The refund was not received for both the time.

I have tried to book Ixigo Customer Care Number,O8391823606 train ticket on 4th May the payment through UPI failed and afyer consecutive effort payment was through but no ticket is booked.
Since that time I am following with IXIGO management and my Bank for refund.
My Bank has confirmed that oayment is through same they confirm from IXIGO bank.
As per IXIGO suggestion charge back was raised and IXIGO bank i form that payment was credited to IXIGO account and they had rejected it.
