Hello sit/Mam,
Last week I have given my mobile to itel services center pune(My Mobile care,Pimpari,Pune).
My mobile was not working so i asked them to just check the issue.and just let me know.so then he checked & said that in your mobile some parts are missing.it will cost 1800 to repair your mobile.then without repairing we left the service center.but after next day when we took our mobile to nearer mobile center so that your vibrator is missing.so your service center mechanics has removed vibrator from mobile.they are deceiving customers by removing important parts from mobile.so serious action against this my mobile care,pimpri,Pune(itel service center pune)

Hello my name is pankaj goyal i am visited our mittal itel service center rampura phul disst bathinda (151103)PB for submission my itel phone but your executive officer mr kulwant behavior against customer is very bad he is not knowledge how to handle cutomer and how to talk with us my experience is very bad about that executive.
