Complaint with new air conditioner by Pawan Kumar:

Hi
I bought a new AC just 15 days back from one of the big showroom in Bhimavaram west Godavari district. Technical person had come to my home and installed it. Not more than 15 days I was surprised to see my AC is throwing heat air instead of cold air.
I approached the dealer and he has sent some technical person today where he stated that there is a fault in outdoor unit.
Pathetic really pathetic.... Thus is the case of a new air conditioner after 15 days. He tolf me he will come in 2 days to correct the fault occurred.
Please try to fix alteast new air conditioner perfectly. I can image the situation of those who have completed one year with this company AC.
