My house address is :- house no 15, Milanpur, Near Gaudiya Mission, Rehabari, P P Road. I am your valid customer using Artel Pre-paid Sim for my all family members.The phone no- 8472919627 which I am using regularly . alaways recharging 1 GB 3g data, I do not get 3G service in my above address, as a result I am losing my time as well as my money with data also,due to this problem I am also loosing my all connectivity on time.Both side I am loosing money , because I get bound to perform the same work from the outside cyber cafe.Please look into this matter with immediate effect. Other wise I have to think for the otherway.

I already submitted a complain yesterday (20/07/16) & I have got the mail of approval from the desk of Assam Airtel nodal Officer , same day At 8.16pm. Thank you for the same.But I need to get the quick action on this issue.It should not take unlimited time for the same.so do it urgent besis.

Hello Sir,
I am from Jorhat District, Assam, i am using an aortel number which has been ported from aircel to airtel, at startup there is no network issue in my home place but after 3 month gradually network starts creating problem and finally its came to a stage that again i have to decide to move from aitel service to some other network as there is no improvement at all even after i place complain several time. I kindly request you to look over the matter. Sorry to say that if this is the india's best network provider than you people just trying to fool all of your customers. This is the worst network i ever used.

Today I mistakly recharge my mobile 8011311131 with Rs. 499 transaction No. N1806081008580509 this is a online transaction by phone pe app and I did not spend this pack and want returned my money to my original payment mode.
In this regard I tell the airtel 121 customer care but they did not give me any sufficient solution.
So, kindly solve this issue please.
