I have lost my videos and pics after that i went to service center,they told to software update. After software updating my camera picture quality is bad and now service centre is says i have to again updated my phone. Itss to irritating...what i shoud do

downloading any pic,song,PDF after sometimes these items are showing media not found/can't open the file.and when I want to click a pic of an object from my phone camera it is showing insert the memory card.and in each file manager when I saved my data like pic,songs,PDF then after sometimes its get automatically deleted from it.and the last but not the least even the sdcard is inserted it is showing no SD card in phone.my phone model is Micromax canvas a1 .

I bought canvas elanza 2 in july2014 the phone getting switched off on its own. The internal memory of this phone gets automatically filled which causes a great difficulty at times. The screen sometimes has few blinking lines which causes the phone to hang.
