My wife visited ur sawney service centre jammu fr phone repair.. first problem was touch screen unservicable ns secondly charging point unserviceable. They made fool my wife... phone was deposited fr repair without logging docket/reference/fault number... after 4 days she collected the phone by paying 2000 rupees and had not given any bill. She asked fr warranty then they said madam ham yaha baithe h.. any pblm we will manage... But now sr very next day i found again touch screen pblm and came to know they made her fool...
Now m going to lodge complaint at police station and consumer court.... with proofs..

My phone is completely dead..the reason is its network was gone and i tried to switch off the phone but in vain..i take it to a local shop to check whether there is any software issue or not but he said it has completely gone.i am not able to turn on the phone..i bought it 2 years before...n it was working fine till i got this problem..
