while charging the phone its shows the charging but after unplugging the charger it shows low battery. But after switch oof the phone and restarting the phone it shows full battery. why this problem is occurring continuously

i bought micromax tab 470 (7 inches)two months before from snapdeal. the tab was working good in initial period of time but recently it starts hanging and i tried to switch off and taking out sim n sd card and restart it but the tab is not responding and it remain off.. please help me, what shall i do?????
