Sub-Customer ComplaintDear Sir,1. This is to apprise you regarding certain calls on Mobile from callers in Maruti Udhyog, Motorcraft, Sector -8, Noida. now if even i tell the caller that i am DRIVING and to call latter, they must finish tha call immediately, BUT they want to keep TALKING.2. Calls are received regarding a certain Maruti Swift Regn No-PB22CV8714 ( that is the Number i could make out from the muffled voice of the caller after repeatedly asking her to repeat the Number.3. This time(22 Apr 2023, call from 11.29 AM, i apprised the caller ( gave her name as Monica), that i have received calls regarding the same car and that "I HAVE APPRISED THE CALLER THEN THAT I DO NOT OWN THIS CAR, HOW IS MY MOB NO. ATTACHED TO THIS CAR. ALSO REQUESTED THAT DO LET ME KNOW AS TO WHICH OTHER CARS ARE BEING SHOWN ATTACHED TO THIS NUMBER IN YOUR DATA BASE. Their has been no REVERT from them. Instead she is BLAMING ME BY SAYING "agar battaya hotta you hammatre pass hota", what is my fault if your office has not updated your record also FAILED to INFORM me of what i ASKED.3. It becomes necessary to write this E Mail to APPRISE you that their is a serious failure at your end. 4. Your employees should think twice before they start putting the blame on the client.
