I gave my car Maruti Baleno DL1CR7378 for service on 11.6.2022 at 9.00 AM and I complained to check rear shockers of the car because some noise during driving. I was told that rear and front shokers are to be changed and front shockers are jam while it was perfectly working at the time of delivery. In the evening at the time of delivery after making payment, It was observed that front tyres were bubling, no checking of tyre pressure, no cleaning inside the car though paid 3000/- for service. Immediately gave back my car to your centre. I was told to contact next day. Today reply of work manager and Customer care GM Mr. Balbir singh was highly casual and both failed to redress my grivance and also advise why there is bubling in front tyres after service though not before car service. All are advising me to change all shockers of car. Mr Balbir Singh GM Customer service was highly casual not cared to reply back despite many whatsapp messages. He is more customer dis-service GM rather than customer service GM. I intend to take up the matter with the Maruti Suzuki and also file case in consumer forum beside seding my feed back on social media to other fellow customers. Anil Sharma Advocate 9810465548
