i raised a LG TV dark screen Complaint on 23rd of September. Kannan, technician attended on 26th and told it would be Mother board problem. he brought mother board on after 4 days means 30th Sept. but issue not solved. then he said back light problem. he noted model and went for part order. he didnt responded for next 5 days. other technician(venkatesh) came on 6th after plenty of calls to service center. he brought a wrong part and said wait for 2 more days.i waited. now it is 16th day i am waiting for service. when can i expect a good service from LG. i never get this type of worst service from any other product. please attend asap.

Hi, I have LG 43UK6780 PTE 4K UHD tv. Purchased April 2019. Magic remote control battery drains now with in one hour i am using Alkaline battery's as suggested. Earlier i changed battery one month once after that one week once. Now in hour it drains. Its annoying i am not able to use the remote. I need solution as soon as possible.
