Sir,
I had booked LG refrigerator 360 lit.on dated 15/10/22 at LG Showroom in the city and commited to provide within 2-3 days as fresh model is not available in stock.
After continuous follow ups upto 8 days they delivered the fridge but it is slightly damaged. Request given to showroom to provide the fresh item and return it. But till date fresh refrigerator not provided by store. Everytime telling It is not supplied by company there is shortage.
But how many days have to wait and suffer. Is there any value of customer and provide the best service as company tells. This is very careless and irresponsible attitude by the shop and company as well as we think it is the good brand name to belive and provide best service.
Please take strict action and communicate when I expect the delivery.
