I would like to highlight that recently an LG Product of mine developed a problem and there was little to no help provided to me to rectify my problem by the company. On the other hand I was instructed by the hopeless LG customer care centre in shillong to rather handle my own problem! My question to the LG company is why bring our products that after few years has no spare parts to replace to rectify if a machine or the product develops problem. Does it mean a consumer buys a new electronic product every 5-6years just because the company has stopped manufacturing it's spare parts? Does the responsibility of the company such as LG end as long as it can cheat the consumers by selling products without ensuring there are spare parts available to rectify once any product develops a problem? Further, the LG customer care numbers simply don't work. Its a shame and hope someone takes the responsibility soon.

The Chamber for storage of vegetables is full of frost or ice whenever the switch is ON,and the vegetables are covered by ice.It is more cold than the freezer chamber perhaps.
